KOULtools LLC was formed in 2005 in Lake Havasu City, AZ by Dick Raczuk. Lake Havasu City's year-round sunshine makes it a hotbed for classic cars, hotrods and street rods. In Dick's latest venture, he is designing and manufacturing tools for the AN hose industry.

In the restoration process, AN hoses and fittings, stainless braided hose and push-loc hose assembly can be frustrating that's why KOULtools was formed. KOULtools takes the frustration out of these processes and allows you to complete your project effectively and efficiently while enjoying the process!

A little history is in order. Throughout his career Dick's involvement in the GoKart, Motorcycle, and Automotive industries has brought him to develop new and innovative ways to perform difficult tasks. KOULtools is the latest of Dick Raczuk's lineage of successful, industry-leading companies.

Dick's collection of industry-leading companies includes Kendick Engineering and Kendick Exhausts. Kendick Engineering was the #1 supplier of Go Kart headers and exhausts. Kerker Exhausts was the #1 supplier of motorcycle exhausts in the world. Magazines claimed that Kerker had half of the sales of exhausts in the USA. The other 45+ manufacturers had the other half! Kendick also supplied Honda with specialized tools for their motorcycles and cars, with their exhaust being one of the few aftermarket parts allowed on factory racing equipment. Kendick was also a top rated Toyota and GM supplier.
