Gates Barricade Fuel Injection Hose (MPI)
Gates® Barricade Fuel Injection Hose (MPI) is a low-permeation, premium hose for use on all types of fuel systems, including fuel injection (MPI). Gates MPI Barricade Fuel Line is approved for use with gasoline, diesel, and bio-diesel (including SME, RMA, PME) per ASTM D6751, E-85, methanol, ethanol, ethanol extended gasoline and gasohol fuels. Gates Barricade MPI Fuel Hose features a patented 5-layer Greenshield® barrier technology that keeps fuel out of the environment while delivering peak fuel efficiency.
Warning: Do not submerse in gasoline.
Gates Barricade Fuel Hose for Fuel Injection Features:
- Exceeds SAE J30R14T2 (except for kink resistance) as well as low-permeation requirements for CARB
- Aramid reinforcement spiral braid and thermoplastic barrier layer
- Oil, heat, ozone and abrasion resistant cover
- 225 psi working pressure rating
- Recommended for any fuel injection applications for superior service life
- -40°F to 275°F (-40°C to 135°C) Continuous Temperature Rating
- Up to 302°F (150°C) Intermittent
- Available in 2', 15', 25' and 250' Lengths
