Blue Demon E71TGS Gasless Flux Core Welding Wire
Blue Demon E71T-GS is an all-position, single-pass, flux cored welding wire designed to weld carbon steel. It is gasless and self-shielding. E71T-GS produces a smooth arc action, low spatter, full slag coverage, and easy slag removal. Typical applications for this MIG wire include lap and butt welds on galvanized sheet metal, repair of automobile sheet metal, tanks, and farm implement repairs.
The composition of weld metal is not particularly meaningful since electrodes of these classifications are intended only for single-pass welds. Dilution from the base metal in such welds is usually quite high.
